I offer Vinyasa Flow and Yin classes at The Citadel in downtown Edmonton. I teach Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Class times are : 11:30 to 12:20 or 12:30 to 1:20
**Wednesday 12:30 to 1:20 is a Yin Class
I am starting a new session November 1/2/3 to December 20/21/22 2011.
Availability is very limited, so if you are interested please call or email me to confirm a spot in any lunch time class.
