Hello Friends!
It has been a busy summer, and this weekend is Yoga in the Mountains with Yin yoga teacher Amy Trefry and myself in Canmore, Ab. This retreat is full! The Warrior Woman Workshop was rich in moments, and a spark has been created! Bethany and I will be teaming up to host another retreat April 29, 30 and May 1 in the mountains this time! Location TBD.
