Warrior Woman Weekend
Hello fellow Yoginis! So my next retreat is a celebration of the scared feminine. An exploration of the Yin energy within us. I am joined by my very good friend, and yogini, Bethany Theuerkauf RYT 500. This weekend will be spent in physical asanas, (2 power classes, 2 hatha classes) in meditation, in guided visualizations, and pranayama to awaken the warrior in us, and strengthen the connection with the Yin energy that flows with in us. Warrior Women Weekend Aug 7th (9 am-5pm) and 8th (10am – 5pm). Stillpoint Healing Center 112 street and Jasper Ave. 2nd level. Investment for the weekend $150.00. We take cash, cheque, or paypal.
