Greetings fellow Yogis and Yoginis!
I am pleased to say that the Community Calendars had a great launch on Thursday! Myself, along with all the sponsors of the calendar will be selling the Calendars until we sell out. There are 10 free yoga classes attached to the calendars, along with other great deals! Well worth the $20, and all net proceeds go to ihuman, an amazing local non profit organization focusing on high risk youth in the community. For more information go to www.ihuman.org
I am excited to announce my new location in January 2012. I will be teaching out of Healing Connections located at 10548 115 Street. The Jan/Feb session will run from Wednesday January 11 to Wednesday February 29 2012. The class will run from 5:45 to 7:00pm. The lunchtime classes I offer at the Citadel run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Class times are 11:30 to 12:20 and 12:30 to 1:20
Wednesday 12:30 to 1:20 is a Yin Style class. All other classes are a mixed level Vinyasa Flow class.
I am starting after work classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the Citadel Theatre.
Both after work classes are mixed level Vinyasa Flow style.
The lunchtime schedule for the new year will be January 10/11/12 to February 28/29 March 1. The investment for the 8 week session will be $65.
